Love how you described the way this grows from the inside: it seems to me that countless men experience this, but don't know what's happening to them. Then they end up incredibly frustrated after it has gone on for years (and worsened with time). Perhaps men (and women) can notice what's going on earlier when it's pointed out like this.
Thank you. One of the goals of the Codex isn't to assign blame as much as to give people language for patterns they may already be experiencing but don't know how to express yet. Whether someone ultimately agrees or disagrees with the framework, I think simply being able to recognize these dynamics earlier leads to better conversations and better decisions.
